Gloria M's Cleaning Services ("we," "us," or "our") provides commercial cleaning services, including office cleaning, janitorial services, medical office cleaning, and property management cleaning, to businesses in China Grove, North Carolina and the surrounding Rowan and Cabarrus County communities. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and site conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service where conditions are unsafe or where providing service would violate the law.
2. Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are non-binding unless confirmed in writing. Because commercial pricing depends on square footage, condition, frequency, and scope, a walkthrough is generally required before a final price is confirmed. Final pricing may vary from an initial estimate based on scope changes, site conditions, or unforeseen issues identified before or during service. Promotional discounts apply only as stated in your written estimate or agreement.
3. Payments
This website does not collect payments. All payments are handled directly between you and us outside the website. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of service. Failure to pay amounts owed may result in suspension of service and lawful collection actions.
4. Appointments and Access
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned at the scheduled times, including any keys, codes, or escort requirements. Pets and site hazards must be secured before service. If we cannot access the premises at the scheduled time, the visit may need to be rescheduled.
